It all began with a phone call, one of those unexpected ones that fills your heart with emotion: our Hotel San Michele had been chosen to take part in an episode of the renowned TV show “4 Hotel” with Bruno Barbieri. After interviews and selections, the long-awaited confirmation finally arrived: we would be one of the four hotels featured in the episode dedicated to Trapani and its surroundings. From that moment, an extraordinary adventure began, filled with challenges, adrenaline, discoveries, and above all, incredible teamwork.

Behind the cameras there was joy, commitment, smiles, and that touch of emotion that makes your heart beat faster.

We chose to simply be ourselves, showing what sets us apart every single day: welcoming with warmth, offering the best of our services, and proudly sharing the beauty of Sicily.

We wanted to highlight: our passion for hospitality, attention to detail, respect for colleagues and their work, the promotion of local traditions and km0 products, our focus on environment and sustainability, and above all the strong sense of belonging and teamwork that has always defined Hotel San Michele.

The outcome filled us with pride: we achieved victory among the hoteliers, earning the highest score from our fellow colleagues. A recognition that holds immense value for us, because it comes from those who deeply understand both the challenges and the beauty of this profession.

This experience was much more than a competition: it was the confirmation of our identity and of our daily mission.
We demonstrated that with passion, dedication, and teamwork, it is possible to achieve great goals—always with a smile and the desire to make every guest feel part of a big family.

A special thanks goes to the Gruppo Multi Erice, to our extraordinary Hotel San Michele team, who faced this challenge with enthusiasm and professionalism, to our wonderful guests who supported us until the end, and to the 4 Hotel and Sky crew, who welcomed us warmly and allowed us to live this adventure with serenity and joy.
