The villa consists of 2 completely separate and independent apartments, each with its own entrance, outdoor area and parking space. Each booking includes only 1 apartment; the other apartment is a separate unit and may be occupied by other guests. The two units are located respectively:
- on the ground floor, with a private veranda surrounded by greenery;
- on the first floor, with views over the Gulf of San Vito Lo Capo.
The apartment features a spacious double bedroom, living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and two-seater sofa bed, private bathroom with shower cabin, bidet, hairdryer and courtesy kit provided on arrival. It is fully furnished and equipped and includes TV and individually adjustable air conditioning. Outside, each apartment has its own private furnished area with parasol, table, chairs and sun loungers, ideal for relaxing outdoors.
Included services: wi-fi, reception desk available for assistance and information, use of the swimming pool with sunbathing area, poolside bar, 1 reserved uncovered parking space per apartment, residence formula with cleaning at check-in and check-out, for weekly stays, one midweek cleaning service plus a linen change is provided.
Entertainment: daytime and evening entertainment for adults and children (available from June to September), mini club for younger children (available from June to September).
Extra Services (available on request, at an additional cost): extra apartment cleaning, private transfers to/from Trapani and Palermo airports and to nearby destinations, local experiences and excursions in the surrounding area, bicycle, motorcycle and car rental.
Beach: access to a partner equipped beach (for a fee), with a 15% discount reserved for guests staying at Multi Erice Group properties. Beach facilities can be booked online via a dedicated link and discount code provided in the booking confirmation.
