What services are included in the Villaggio Cala Mancina stay fees?

Residence package including cleaning service at check-in and check-out. For weekly stays, the rate also includes an additional cleaning service and a bed linen change in the middle of the week.

How do stays work during the different times of the year?

From June to September, the village operates under a timeshare system, and weekly stays run from Saturday to Saturday.
Stays shorter or longer than 7 days are possible, provided they fall within the same calendar week.
In the case of stays longer than 7 days, we cannot guarantee continuity in the same apartment from one week to the next.
In April, May, and October, the village does not operate under a timeshare system; therefore, any type of stay can be requested without day restrictions.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: from 5:00 PM (early check-in available upon availability).
Check-out: by 10:30 AM (luggage storage is available at the property upon check-out)

What stay packages are available?

Overnight stay (residence package): cleaning at check-in and check-out is included. For 7-night stays, one cleaning service and one bed linen change in the middle of the week are included; additional cleaning services are available upon request for an extra fee.
Bed & Breakfast: sweet and savoury buffet breakfast at the adjacent Hotel Panoramic with a stunning sea view (service available upon request).

How does payment work for the prepaid package?

The prepaid package allows you to save on the final price and requires advance payment.
Those who prefer not to pay the full amount immediately can take advantage of our partnership with Scalapay, which allows interest-free instalment payments over up to 4 months.
The prepaid package requires a 100% penalty in case of cancellation.
